How to set up an Integration

Connect Via Launchcloud Market

To view all of the Launchcloud integrations, you can visit the Launchcloud Market. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to look for specific integrations. You can then press install on any of the integrations and link them to your account.

Connect Via Launchcloud Settings

Alternatively, you can connect an integration through the Launchcloud settings page. Simply open the menu on the left, click the Settings button on the bottom, then the Integrations tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Here you’ll see the complete list of apps that can be connected to Launchcloud. Click the Connect button on the right side of the app you’d like and follow the login prompts.

Connect Via the Form Builder

Lastly, you can connect to an app from right within Launchcloud’s Form Builder. To do so, click Edit Forms in the side menu. Then, either create a new form by selecting the circular green plus sign in the top-left corner of the page, or edit an existing form by clicking the Design button on the right. Finally, drag and drop the Data Search field from the toolbox form. Data Search is located at the bottom of the Text Input tab.

This will launch a screen with all available integration options. As above, click the “Connect” button on the right and login to give Launchcloud permission to access your account.

Incorporating the Integration

Now that you’ve connected your favorite apps, you can add specialized fields to your Launchcloud forms that will share data with the app. Start by opening the Integrations tab in the toolbox, which will display a list of available fields based on the integrations you’ve connected. The left side of each field option includes the logo of the app the field is connected to.

In some instances, adding an integration field to your form may create several sub-fields related to the information you’re looking for. For example, let’s look at our integration with Base CRM: Adding a field to capture information about a company contact will automatically generate fields for their email, phone number, address, and more, as this is all relevant information that can be stored in Base. These extra fields can be removed by hovering over the field and clicking the trash can icon.
